We sell and install most types of flooring, including ceramic & porcelain, natural stone, luxury vinyl planks and tiles, prefinished hardwood, laminate, sheet vinyl and carpet. And floors are just the beginning. - we also work with you to create beautiful showers, counter tops, back splashes, fireplaces and porches.
Whether you are building a new home or giving your current home a fresh, new look, we are are here to help you create both beauty and functionality. Small commercial jobs, such as churches, schools and medical offices are also a part of what we do.
Individualized Customer Service
We want our customers to feel relaxed and comfortable through the whole process of selecting product and having it installed in their home. Some customers walk through the door knowing exactly what they are looking for and we will do our best to materialize that vision. If we do not already have the product in our large selection, we will search out a suitable product.
Other customers really have no idea of what product will meet their needs or give them the look they hope to attain. In that case, our staff can help them learn what can be accomplished with different types of products. We may offer suggestions and make recommendations to enable our customers to make the best decisions.

History
Owner Scott Hoover first entered the flooring world in 1986 when he began training as a professional flooring installer. When Scott and his wife Sandra, moved to South Carolina in 1990, Scott saw an open door of opportunity for installers with experience and professionalism. In both 1999 and 2000, Scott won regionally in a vinyl installation contest sponsored by the World Floor Covering Association. He also went on to win 2nd place in Las Vegas on the national level in 2000. With a broad customer base in installation, Scott wished to also provide the product for his customers. Always innovative, Scott created a "Showroom on Wheels" - a miniature flooring store in an enclosed trailer brought directly to the customer's home. People loved the convenience and efficiency of choosing their flooring needs in the convenience of their own home! Hoover's Flooring opened their first building location on Main St. in Wagener, South Carolina in 2000. As business grew, the small space was bursting at the seams and In 2012, Hoover's Flooring moved into the current location This almost 100 year old building was renovated to meet the needs of a modern business while still maintaining its timeless characteristics and southern charm.
